Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests

As our Freedom of Information policy explains, the PRP is not currently listed within the schedule to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’). Therefore, it is not a body to which its provisions apply. The PRP’s Board nevertheless proposes that it will operate as if the provisions of the Act applied to it, including producing and operating a publication scheme and considering and responding to information requests.
